Using Our Website<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li><p>The content on this website, including text, images, videos, and downloadable resources, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, or altered without written permission.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You may use the free resources for <strong>personal, non-commercial learning<\/strong> only.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You agree not to misuse our site (e.g., attempt to hack, spam, or disrupt services).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h4><strong>3. English Club Bookings<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li><p>Spaces are limited and confirmed only after <strong>full payment<\/strong> or the agreed first instalment is received.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Fees are stated on the registration form and may be updated at the start of each term.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Classes are taught in small groups to provide personalised learning.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Your child\u2019s spot is reserved for the term booked; missed classes cannot be refunded but we will try to offer catch-up materials.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h4><strong>5. Payments and Refunds<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li><p>We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe (including Klarna instalments), and other listed methods.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Fees must be paid in advance to confirm a place.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Refunds are only available if you cancel at least <strong>7 days before<\/strong> the first class of the term. After this time, fees are non-refundable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h4><strong>6. Changes or Cancellations by Us<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li><p>We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to illness, low enrolment, or unforeseen circumstances.<\/p><\/li><li><p>If we cancel, you will be offered either a replacement session or a pro-rata refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h4><strong>7. Liability<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li><p>We will provide lessons and materials with care and professionalism, but cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Children must be supervised by a responsible adult when accessing our online materials.<\/p><\/li><li><p>We are not responsible for technical issues on your device or internet connection.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h4><strong>8.
