These Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms of Use”) explain how you may use our website, access our resources, and take part in our services such as the Daisy & Mabel English Club. By using this site or booking a class, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

  • The content on this website, including text, images, videos, and downloadable resources, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, or altered without written permission.

  • You may use the free resources for personal, non-commercial learning only.

  • You agree not to misuse our site (e.g., attempt to hack, spam, or disrupt services).


3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • All rights to the Daisy und Mabel: Zwei Schwestern, eine Reise book, related illustrations, videos, and materials remain with Natasha Stephens.

  • The name Daisy und Mabel and associated branding are part of our intellectual property.


4. English Club Bookings

  • Spaces are limited and confirmed only after full payment or the agreed first instalment is received.

  • Fees are stated on the registration form and may be updated at the start of each term.

  • Classes are taught in small groups to provide personalised learning.

  • Your child’s spot is reserved for the term booked; missed classes cannot be refunded but we will try to offer catch-up materials.


5. Payments and Refunds

  • We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe (including Klarna instalments), and other listed methods.

  • Fees must be paid in advance to confirm a place.

  • Refunds are only available if you cancel at least 7 days before the first class of the term. After this time, fees are non-refundable.


6. Changes or Cancellations by Us

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to illness, low enrolment, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If we cancel, you will be offered either a replacement session or a pro-rata refund.


7. Liability

  • We will provide lessons and materials with care and professionalism, but cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes.

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult when accessing our online materials.

  • We are not responsible for technical issues on your device or internet connection.


8. Privacy and Data

  • We collect and process personal information according to our Datenschutzbestimmungen.

  • By registering, you consent to us contacting you about your booking and providing class materials.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Stuttgart, Germany.
